This Policy applies to vacation package enquiries, resort bookings and itinerary planning services offered by kestrelpathway.com in Ukraine.

Full refund minus processing fee

15–30 days before departure

50% refund

Less than 15 days before departure

No refund unless insured

Complaints

If you are not satisfied, contact us first or complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Legal notices are available in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019 "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language".
