1. Provider

2. Service and bookings
We plan itineraries and assist with Turkey and Egypt beach vacations. All prices, taxes and fees are shown before you order. A booking is formed only on our written confirmation. Advertising is identifiable and free of hidden costs or false urgency (Law No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 "On Advertising"). Tour packages are arranged only by a registered tour operator with a financial guarantee (Law No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995 "On Tourism").
3. Consumer rights and liability
Send complaints to contact@kestrelpathway.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or the courts (Law No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 "On Protection of Consumer Rights"). We are liable as required by law; to the extent permitted we exclude indirect loss and events beyond our control. Nothing limits your statutory rights.
4. Data, cookies and marketing
Controller: kestrelpathway.com. We process contact data to answer enquiries (kept up to 24 months) and, with explicit consent, to send offers; you may access, correct, delete or withdraw consent by e-mail. Authority: Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Law No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 "On Protection of Personal Data"). Marketing requires prior consent and a simple opt-out; non-essential cookies need consent (Law No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020 "On Electronic Communications").
5. Law and language
Ukrainian law governs. Consumer notices are also provided in Ukrainian under Law No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019 "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language"; the English text is a courtesy translation.
